Sending what we need
Reply to each item with a note, a link or files.
Each item under What we need from you is one thing the site is waiting on. Reply to it right there.
To reply
- 1Open Website project, then What we need from you.
- 2Under the item, write your answer or a note about what you're sending.
- 3Paste a link (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Vimeo) and/or add files. Files can be up to 50MB each; for anything bigger, use a link.
- 4Press Send. It goes straight to Luke, and the item shows With Luke.
You don't have to answer everything at once. Send what you have; use Add more on an item to send the rest later. Luke ticks each one off once it's in hand, and it moves to Done.
If you start typing and leave the page, what you wrote is kept in your browser until you send it.
For a request
If a request needs something from you (copy, images, a decision), it's under To-dos in the menu instead, grouped by request, and you reply the same way. The request waits until it has what it needs, then it's due seven days later.
