Help / Getting started

Your dashboard at a glance

What's where, and where to start.

Your dashboard is one place for everything about your website with Pixel Silo. Luke and Zoe are on the other end of everything you see here.

The menu

  • Overview shows what's happening and anything that needs you.
  • Website project shows where the build is up to and what we need from you. It appears while we're building or changing your site.
  • Requests is everything you've asked for, and work waiting for your approval.
  • To-dos is anything we need from you for a request.
  • From Luke is suggestions for your site.
  • Delivered is what went live each month.
  • Brand settings is how we write for you, plus your company details. Keep it up to date.
  • Team shows who from your organisation can see the site.

Requests, To-dos, From Luke and Delivered sit under Adapt, our care plan for after launch. Without an Adapt plan, there's a single Adapt page that shows how it works.

On a phone, the main places are in the bar along the bottom of the screen. Everything else (Brand settings, Team, help, email settings, light or dark, signing out) is under More.

Along the top

  • New request is always there, on every page, if you're on Adapt.
  • The bell shows what's changed. You'll also get an email when something needs you.
  • The light and dark switch changes how the dashboard looks (under More on a phone).

If you look after more than one site

Each site has its own dashboard. Switch between them from the site name at the top of the menu, or at the top of the screen on a phone.

Your studio

Your overview has a Your studio card: Luke and Zoe, whether we're in the studio today, and how to reach us. Email, call or WhatsApp, or book a call straight into Luke's calendar.

Your monthly summary

With Adapt, there's a short summary of each month: what went live, what's on the way, and any suggestions from Luke. It's linked from your overview, and arrives by email on the 1st.

Delivered, under Adapt in the menu, is the history: every month, what went live and the studio time it used against what's held for you. Work counts in the month it was planned, even if it goes live a few days later.

Your summary

Under the greeting on your overview is a short summary of where everything stands: what's waiting on you, what's in progress or just gone live, and where the build is up to. It's written by AI from your dashboard every night at 2am, and it shows when it was written. The very first one is written the first time you open your overview; it takes a few moments and appears by itself. Press Regenerate to write it again from everything as it is now. It only describes what's already on your dashboard; for anything else, ask Luke.

You can take the guided tour again at any time from Take the tour in the menu.
