Inviting your team

• Owner: everything, including inviting and removing people.
• Member: can raise requests, reply, send what we need and approve work.
• Viewer: can look, but not act.

1. 1Open Team.
2. 2Enter their email and choose their access.
3. 3If you have more than one site with us, tick the sites they should see.
4. 4Press Invite. They sign in with that address, using Google or an email link. If they already have an account, they can see the new sites straight away.

If your organisation has several sites with us, Team shows everyone across them, with a column for each site. Click a box to give someone access to that site, or click it again to take it away. People only see the sites they've been given, and switch between them from the site name at the top of the menu (at the top of the screen on a phone). Studio time is shared across all your sites.
