When Luke has a question

Answer in the boxes, and it goes straight back to the studio.

Sometimes a request needs a little more detail before we can plan it. When that happens, the request shows Question for you, and you'll get a notification.

To answer

  1. 1Open the request. Luke's questions are at the top, each with its own box.
  2. 2Answer what you can. Leave any you're not sure of; you can add them later.
  3. 3Press Send answers.

Jot your answer however it comes, then press Polish under the box to tidy it, or Expand to flesh it out. Check it, change anything, then send. Undo puts back what you wrote.

The request goes straight back to Luke, who'll confirm the plan within a working day. If a question sits unanswered for a few days, you'll get a gentle reminder.
